Ingredients :
Sweet potato : 1 No
Milk powder : 1.5 cups
Cardamom powder : 1 tsp
Icing sugar : 1/2 cup
Ghee : 3 tbsp
Pistachio : for garnish
Method :
Peel skin of sweet potato, wash, dry & cut slices. Boil the slices till they become tender. Mash the boiled pieces with a fork until a smooth texture is derived. Add milk powder, icing sugar, and mix well. Add cardamom powder & ghee until thick texture is derived. Make peda shapes and garnish with pistachio on top. Let it set and cool for 2-4 hours before use.
