Ingredients-
500g Minced Beef/Mutton
250g Socked Chickpeas Lentil
1 Medium Size Onion
4 Dry Red Chillies
10-12 Green chillies
12-15 Garlic cloves
Medium Size Piece of Ginger
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
4-5 cloves
1/2 tsp whole Black pepper
1/2 Cup Water
Salt as per taste
1-1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
Coriander leaves
1 Egg
Oil for frying
~Cook minced meat with above mentioned ingredients (except red chillies flakes,coriander leaves and egg) until 3-4 whistles on medium flame.
~Let it cool down completely before grinding it into a mixture.
~Than add 1-1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Flakes and Coriander leaves and Mix
~Form Kababs from the mixture of your desired shape and size
~Beat an egg with a lil salt
~Dip kababs into egg and then fry it in oil on medium flame for about 1-1/2 min on each side
And Its Ready!
