  1. Hard no. From a food safety point of view, everything should be washed after each use. I'm kinda shocked you guys would suggest this.

    Edit- this is a professional kitchen! They should follow professional food safety standards and only suggest the standards that they are required to follow. Not washing your pans after each use is not meeting those professional food safety standards. What you do in regards to food safety in your kitchen is up to you. What a professional kitchen does is up to the health department and that is to wash your pans after each use. It's really gross that a professional kitchen suggests not cleaning your pans after each use.
