Doesn't sound very effective to do one sheet after another instead of using two sheet pans with parchment at the same time…
I love those sheet pans! Sooo good, and I love me some parchment paper! 😉
Yes, Lan Lam is my favorite cook of ATK, but Hannah and Julia are definitely close second…
Parchment paper entered the chat.
Parchment paper! At 70 I’m roasting (on so many levels ha) BUT not scrubbing. 😂
Easier to use two pans or parchment than to fan the smoke alarms when the reside starts to smoke and burn. 😂
So smart!
Nope. Have you tested this? If you don't wash it between you're just burning stuff into the pan. I'd rather have a couple of quick cleans than have to try to scrub off burnt on oil.
I use parchment paper because I'm lazy.
Sometimes I use one of those BBQ sheets
Marinated tofu…😖. said no one ever lol.
Brilliant!!! WOW
Hard no. From a food safety point of view, everything should be washed after each use. I'm kinda shocked you guys would suggest this.
Edit- this is a professional kitchen! They should follow professional food safety standards and only suggest the standards that they are required to follow. Not washing your pans after each use is not meeting those professional food safety standards. What you do in regards to food safety in your kitchen is up to you. What a professional kitchen does is up to the health department and that is to wash your pans after each use. It's really gross that a professional kitchen suggests not cleaning your pans after each use.
