Here’s a simple recipe for Shinwari Chicken Karahi:
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Oil : 1/2 cup
Chicken : 600 gram
Fry it until color changes to golden brown
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp or as required
Tomato : 4 large size
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes
Flame : medium
Crushed red chili : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Fresh chili : 4 to 5
Yogurt / curd : 1/2 cup
Crushed black pepper : 1/2 tsp
Fried crushed cumin : 1 tsp
Sliced ginger
Chili chopped
Coriander chopped

  4. اسلام علیکم ۔۔میں یہ ایک بار بنائی تھی ۔۔تو تھوڑی کڑوی اور سوکھی بن گی تھی مگر پھر بھی ذائقہ صہیح تھا۔۔میرا آپ سے سوال ہے کے آپ مقدار بتادو کیونکہ ہمارے گھر گریوی پسند کی جاتی ۔۔اگر ادھا کلو گوشت ہے تو کتنے ٹماٹر اور ہری مرچ لوں۔۔۔
    اور کیا کڑوی ہونے کی وجہ زیادہ ہری مرچ ڈالنا ہے ؟یا پھر میں ٹماٹر کی طرح ہری مرچ کو میش کر لیا تھا؟
