  1. I just tried century eggs for the first time. I picked them up at an Asian market. I put soy sauce, sesame oil and huy fong chili paste then I spread it on a piece of toast. So good!!!!!!!!! Don't let they scary look of the egg discourage you from trying it.

  2. Looks good. Congee is such a comfort food. And century eggs are really tasty, though I kind of had to get used to it when I had never had it before. I really like doing congee with dried shrimp and some fermented tofu on the side.
