Ingredients
⭐️ 8-10 Medium size Tomatoes
⭐️ Olive oil
⭐️ Basil Twig for extra flavor ( Optional)
⭐️ Oregano
⭐️ Chilli Flakes
⭐️ Salt
⭐️ Pepper
⭐️ Kashmiri red chilli powder
⭐️ Garlic Powder

Method
👉🏻 Slit Tomatoes on the top and boil them in water until soft.
👉🏻 Peel skin, Add 1 tbsp of Olive oil onto pan and add the tomatoes, cook until the water evaporates and mash the tomatoes slightly for a smoother texture.
👉🏻 Add the basil twig.
👉🏻 Add salt, pepper, Oregano, chili flakes, kashmiri chilli powder, Garlic powder to taste.
👉🏻 Cook until sauce thickens.
👉🏻 Remove the basil twigs before using the sauce.
