On this episode of irritating the steak purist, lets see how this simple italian marinade works with a sous vide steak!

One of the best uses of Sous Vide is infusing flavor into meat much faster than a standard marinade process. I was very excited to see the result on this, and it didn’t disappoint !

Marinade ingredients

1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1-2 tbsp olive oil

The key here is equal parts!

Start by seasoning up a steak with salt and pepper. Then bag it up with our marinade and some rosemary for an extra boost of flavor that pairs perfectly with this marinade!

Sous vide at 129 for 2 hours, then we need to get the steak out and give it a sear. Just make sure to pay it dry first.

Im using a Sear Pro torch today, but use any searing method you prefer!

After a quick sear, let the steak rest a few and slice it up!
