  1. If a raw breast weighs 5 lbs (80 ounces)… and cooked is around 75% of raw… the cooked breast would be around 60 ounces. 2-3% would be 1-2 ounces lost. If we’re talking water… 1-2 ounces of water, by weight, would be about 2-4 tablespoons, by volume. If a serving is a 1/4 pound there’s 15 servings in that breast. We’re talking about less than a teaspoon of juice per serving. Divide a serving by 8 bites, divide that less than a teaspoon by 8 bites.

    2-3% doesn’t seem like a big deal imo.
