Ingredients:
For the Beef:
β€’ Beef chuck, shin, or brisket – 500g | 1 lb
β€’ Olive oil – 1 tbsp | 15ml
β€’ Onion, chopped – 1 small | 100g
β€’ Garlic, minced – 2 cloves | 6g | 2 tsp
β€’ Beef broth or water – 250ml | 1 cup
β€’ Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp | 15ml
β€’ Dried thyme – 1 tsp | 1g
β€’ Salt – Β½ tsp | 3g
β€’ Pepper – Β½ tsp | 1g
For the Pie:
β€’ Refrigerated pie crusts – about 400g total | UK/US: 2 crusts, shortcrust and puff pastry
β€’ Egg, beaten for egg wash
Instant Pot – high pressure 45 mins
Oven to 190Β°C | 375Β°F. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden.
