1 small cabbage
1 med carrot
2 celery
12 oz. small shrimp chopped
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. light soy sauce
1 pk. wonton wrappers
salt and pepper to taste

The coleslaw mix a Walmart works very well too. The mix has the purple and green cabbage plus carrots. I made these last night, and they were delicious. Thank you for sharing this !

Is there anyplace to buy baby wild caught shrimp? Where can you locate baby shrimp that's not too small but wild caught? Thank you!
Can you freeze these after fried?
Looks good, but for the sake of preventing contamination….never put raw meat on a wooden cutting board. You need a silicone or plastic that can be put in the dishwasher to sanitize after use. You should never put a wooden cutting board in your dishwasher as it will ruin the wood. Hand wash with hot, soapy water and then oil to prevent cracking.
Why not use a mandolin for the cabbage and carrots and celery? Too much work otherwise.
I should’ve watch the video for the recipe. I just got the ingredients listed didn’t get corn starch didn’t know until I watch a video.
