Came back to comment. Saw the video this morning and made this dish tonight. It was quick, easy and delicious. Leaving the shrimp tail on and using the lemon peel helped to create great flavor. The only thing I would do differently is make it saucier for the angel hair I served with it but that's strictly personal preference. Definitely making this again.
