Silky Vanilla Custard with only 4-Ingredients!



Mini Vanilla Custard 🍮

Creamy, comforting, and effortlessly elegant, this Mini Vanilla Custard is the perfect little treat when you’re craving something sweet but simple. Made with just a few basic ingredients, it bakes into a silky-smooth dessert with a delicate vanilla flavor.

Ingredients:
* 1 large egg
* 120 ml heavy cream (1/2 cup)
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar and vanilla.
3. Add the heavy cream, whisking until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a small ramekin or oven-safe dish.
5. Place the ramekin in a baking dish. Fill the baking dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekin (this is a water bath).
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the custard is just set (it should jiggle slightly in the center).
7. Let cool, then chill in the fridge if you like it cold.
