Hi guys, welcome to my channel Simply Homemade. Today, let’s learn how to make very simple and very tasty restaurant-style butter chicken.

2. [Ingredients Preparation]
We need one KG of chicken. I have here finely chopped onions,, half ltr of curd, five big tomatoes for tomato puree, chili powder, butter, ginger garlic paste, cream, chicken masala, and cashew paste. You can use either cream or cashew, or both.

3. [Marination]
Add curd, chili powder, and butter chicken masala. Let’s marinate this for 30 minutes.

4. [Cooking Process]
My cooker is heated, let’s add 2 spoons of oil and half the butter. Add onions, then ginger garlic paste, and tomato curry. Let it boil until the oil separates.

5. [Seasoning]
Add chili powder, homemade butter masala, and salt. Mix well. Optional: Add cashew paste.

6. [Adding Chicken]
Add the marinated chicken. Mix well and add more butter. Let it cook for about 30 minutes. You can pressure cook for 4 whistles for a quicker option.

7. [Finishing Touch]
Add butter and cream. Serve hot. Enjoy your delicious butter chicken!
