Mustard Chicken:

2 x Chicken thighs
2 x streaky bacon rashers
small handful of onion diced
small handful of chopped mushrooms
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
pinch of salt, pepper and papika
1/4 cup cream or creme fraiche
Spaghetti & Meatballs:
50g spaghetti
2 small handful of onion diced
60g minced beef
60g minced pork
1/2 cup tomato passata
1/2 teaspoon of tomato puree
1 teaspoon chopped chilli pepper
pinch of salt, pepper
half teasoon of mixed italian herbs
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
splash of milk
1 clove garlic
parmesan / parsley to garnish
Chicken Curry
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup rice
1 cup water
chopped coriander
small handful of onion diced
1 teaspoon chopped chilli pepper
1/2 teaspoon garam massala
1/2 teaspoon tumeric
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 x Cardamom pod
1/2 cup tomato passata
1/4 cup Chicken Stock
1/2 teaspoon of tomato puree
fresh peppers & coriander to garnish
* optional * add splash of cream to the sauce
