Beans are my favorite. I like the dish.❤
Is the pickled mustard green Zha cai, the one mixed with chili and sesame oil? Or it's different thing?
I cook a variation of this with minced chicken. Absolutely delicious
Looks like 200g of pork and 100g of green beans. Not sure your ingredients list is correct. Personally I would have more beans and less meat, that’s how we ate it in China.
Why doesn’t your garlic burn?
perfection. 😋👍
Don't use ingredients we can't find
This wok is Chinese
It's not London s
Packet name
Sooooo boring. Just like everything British. I doubted his knowledge based on just how British he is. But then I heard his pronunciation of Shanghai. At which point I knew he's not Chinese, and had likely never even been to China.
No MSG? 🤣
My favorite dish! 😊

Could you make this with minced beef? My local farmer is out of minced pork until summer. (I'm very sad!)
Looks amazing!
Can't wait to cook this one.
I love the recipe but I do not like mince meat so to me I am going to replace the meat to shitake mushroom .
