Delicious Grilled Seafood with Spices and Marinade
In this video, we talk about how to prepare a delicious grilled seafood dish. We start by washing and cleaning the seafood, then cutting it and transferring it to a bowl.
Next, we prepare a spice mixture with dried chillies, coriander, pepper, cumin, and fenugreek, and roast the ginger before blending it with garlic, shallots, and tamarind. We then add turmeric, vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil to create a flavorful marinade. We marinate the seafood and then grill it, either in the oven or on a grill. Finally, we serve the grilled seafood with lemon juice and enjoy the delicious, heavenly result.
Ingredients
Any fish
Pepper corns-1 tsp
Dry chilli-3-5
Coriander seeds-1tsp
Fenugreek seed or powder-1/2tsp
Garlic-1full
Ginger-1/2 piece
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Oregano-1tsp
Neutral oil-3tbsp
Water-1/2cup
Lemon juice-3tbsp
Vinegar-2tbsp
tamarind or pulli

Stovetop Grilling:
• Heat your grill pan or skillet on medium-high
heat.
• Place the fish on the pan and grill for 5 minutes
on one side.
Flip and grill for another 5 minutes on the other
side.
Repeat the process (5 minutes each side again)
to ensure a juicy, perfectly cooked fish.
Oven Grilling:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place the fish on a baking tray or grill rack.
Cook for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and
cook for another 10 minutes on the other side.
And there you have it – a beautifully grilled, flavorful fish ready to serve! Ol Pair it with some fresh lemon slices and your favorite sides for the perfect meal.
