The tasty and delicious Pineapple Smoothie!
➡️ A tropical treat ⬅️

💥 Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple fresh or frozen
1 whole banana fresh or frozen
1 ½ cups almond milk
1-2 Tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you want it)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon

💥 Directions:
⓵ Place all ingredients into a blender
⓶ Blend!
⓷ Pour it up
⓸ Enjoy 😊

  1. This is a great recipe. ✅👍 All ingredients should be organic as pesticides imbalance hormones, cause inflammation and need extra work by the liver to detoxify.. I can't see what honey she's using but only buy pure, unpasteurized raw honey.🍯🐝 A lot of honey on the market has High fructose corn syrup added ie. fake honey. 😲😬 Also Ceylon cinnamon (called true cinnamon-Sri-Lanka) is the highest nutrient dense cinnamon. Cassia cinnamon can be harmful if eaten daily because of the coumarin content. But, both cinnamon's are good for lowering blood sugar. Don't throw away your cassia, just be more cautious. 🙏😊
