Ingredients:
250g pork, cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup water
1 cup tomato sauce
1 potato, cut into cubes
1 carrot, cut into cubes
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a pot, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add pork cubes and cook until browned.
3. Pour in water and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer until the pork is tender (about 30-40 minutes).
4. Add potato and carrot cubes. Cook until almost tender (about 10 minutes).
5. Add bell pepper and green peas. Cook until vegetables are fully tender (about 5 minutes).
6. Stir in chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
