INGREDIENTS :
500 grams pork shoulder, menudo cut
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 red bell pepper or sweet pepper/atsal
1 large potato, cube
1 large carrot, cube
1 chayote, cube
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 1/2 – 3 cups water
1 pc. pork stock cube
salt to taste
ground black pepper
cooking oil
slurry ( 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water )
