black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
for the sauce:
eggs – 4 pieces
sweet cooking cream – 150 g (5.3 oz)
herbs of Provence – 5 g (0.18 oz)
chili flakes- 4 g (0.14 oz)
salt – 6 g (0.21 oz)
pressed cheese – 80 g (2.82 oz)
tomatoes – 1 piece
Tray size 22 x 26 cm (8.66 in x 10.24 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/10 minutes
