750g Pork Belly
250g Chicken Liver
5–6 cups Water
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 medium-sized Onions, diced
2 pcs Long Chili, sliced
1 pc Siling Labuyo (wild chili), sliced
5–7 pcs Calamansi
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Chicharon, crushed
