Sizzling Beef Steak with Ginger & Spring Onions | Wally Cooks Everything

Tender beef steak stir-fried with ginger and spring onions—simple, homestyle, and packed with flavor. 🥩✨ A quick recipe for when you want comfort food with a kick! I’m using ribeye steak for this recipe. But you can use anything you got hunkering in your freezer. Because the sauce recipe is what will makes this dish shine!

Ingredients:
300g to 350g Beef Steak
8 to 10 slices of fresh ginger
3 spring onions stalks
100g or half an onion
3 large garlic cloves
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Beef marinate:
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
