Ingredients:

Beef (soft part) – 1.6 pounds (750 g)
Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs.
Honey – 2 tbsp.
Teriyaki sauce – 1/4 cup (70 ml)
Salt – 1/4 tsp.
Black pepper – 1 tsp.
Dried garlic – 1 tsp.
Ginger – 1-1.2 inches (2-3 cm)
Chili – 1 piece.
Olive oil

Preparation:

Everything cooks very quickly, chop everything in advance.

Cut the peppers into slices.

Cut the chili into circles.

Cut the beef into strips.

For the dressing, combine the teriyaki, garlic, pepper, salt, honey, and grated ginger.

Mix well.

In well-heated olive oil over high heat, fry the beef.

Add the bell peppers and chili.

Fry for about 2 minutes, stirring.

Pour in the dressing and evaporate until thickened, 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.

Garnish teriyaki beef with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
