I had 3 Greenpans, am down to the last one that I hardly use. At this point, it's either stainless steel or cast iron for me. No more non stick nonsense.
Don’t waste your time with ceramic. ATK has already said they don’t like them. T-Fal is #1 non-stick, and cheap. Carbon steel is best option—worthy investment and last forever. Ceramic is subpar out the box and won’t last.
Carbon steel pans are phenomenally non-stick, the downside is that it requires the same level of care as a cast-iron and has the same weakness to acid so it can't be your go-to for everything.

LOVE ATK! Have made several recipes without testing them as I trust ATK.

Thanks for this recommendation! I love this pan! 😁
How do you keep eggs from sticking

What’s the cost of this skillet?
Ceramic pans suck. Just get a good non stick and learn to use it properly
Easy way to get the "money part" of the pan is to flip it upside down and measure the flat portion. Easy peasy.
Hello from California 😋
Test that pan for more than three months and then get back to us. The reviews are not kind to its longevity.
Must be men skewing the measurements…. No babe, that's a 9" easy…. Lol
