cherries help with melatonin levels for sleepy tiiime
Mine turned out green why did yours turn out different? Also, do I have to pull the stems off of the cherries?

do the cherries have pips? will they blend? thanks for your videos, you convinced me to get a nutribullet (and i received one for christmas! yay!) and i'm putting together shopping lists/ ideas, and this one looks delicious but I can only ever find cherries with seeds in.

As I said before under another one of your recipes, I just received my NB900. Tonight was my first go at it. I made this Sleepy Time smoothie. I learned I HAVE to really put the blades on much tighter than I thought. (I had a stream of green juice on my counter… Scarey !!!) I did take a sip to taste… I found that I needed 1 whole banana not just a 1/2. I also could not find frozen cherries, so I used organic Very Tart Cherry Juice. ( just a 1/4 cup)… And you know !!!! It was GREAT . Now I hope it helps with my restless leg syndrome and calms me so that I can fall asleep,.l will let you know. Thanks for showing me how this is all works. I really do

Just made this very tasty had to make a few adjustments with what I had used pine nuts instead of hemp seeds, frozen strawberries in place of cherries, and in place of almond milk I used my celestial seasonings sleepy time tea and some honey! In fact…yaaaawwwwwn Zzzzzzz….
