Omg, this looks so freaking good. I'm making it for dinner but I don't know anything about cooking beef and I've been religiously cooking homemade since I was 14, now 32! It's always scared me and most of these stroganoff recipes don't slow cook the meat and I'm so worried about it being tough and ruining it. I can't afford a super high quality cut of beef these days.
