  1. That isn't poaching from what I see. I don't see simmering and you have to have a ridiculous amount of salt and Ingredients to impart anything and most shell fish it just doesn't work. More people who can't cook think this makes a difference but I don't see any actual poaching unless y'all did it and turned off the heat to just sit there for the video. This is for people IMO who eat things with a dog's taste buds to tell the difference because it really imparts nothing. Whatever though, to each their own. Also, eating it with clarified butter when it's crab or lobster is a total waste of butter. The butter fat is absolutely what you want and plenty of salty goodness. Anyone who eats unsalted clarified butter with this stuff you're just eating vegetable oil. Tasteless junk.
