    Ingredients:
    2 tbsp garlic oil
    2 peppers, chopped
    400g diced stewing beef
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp curry powder
    0.5 tsp chilli flakes
    0.5 tsp salt
    0.5 tsp pepper
    1 gf stock cube + 200ml boiling water
    400g chopped tomatoes
    2 tbsp tomato puree
    1 tbsp gf flour
    big handful spinach, roughly chopped
    2 tbsp mango chutney (optional, but do it!!)
    Fresh coriander, roughy chopped (to finish)

    Method:
    1) Put everything into the slow cooker apart from the spinach and chutney. Stir well.
    2) Pop the lid on and cook for 2-3 hours on high or 3-6 hours on low. Finishing by stirring in the chopped spinach and mango chutney.
    3) Serve with rice.
