Hey Friends! I hope you enjoy my newest slow cooker recipe! This creamy slow cooker chicken pot pie is hearty, and made completely from scratch, no canned soup or cream cheese here! I made this recipe in the new GreenPan Elite 14-in-1 Slow Cooker which lets me sauté and slow cook in one pot, but you can also use a pot on the stove to prep the cream of chicken soup base.

► INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
Chicken breasts (or thighs for juicier meat)
Potatoes, diced small
Celery
Onion
Frozen peas and carrots
Butter (or dairy-free alternative)
Flour
Chicken broth
Milk (or dairy-free alternative)
Dried thyme
Poultry seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and pepper

Biscuits, puff pastry, pie crust, or fresh bread for serving
