Slow Cooker Ground Beef Goulash Recipe
In this easy slow cooker recipe, I make some ground beef goulash in my crockpot, or slow cooker. The ingredients I used in my crock pot dinner recipe are 1 lb of lean ground beef, a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes in tomato juice, a 15 oz can of sweet corn undrained, 1 medium onion, 1 medium sweet bell pepper, a 32 oz carton of beef broth, and 2 cups of elbow macaroni.
For seasoning I used kosher salt, Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce to taste. I cooked this for 3 hours on HIGH. Then added the elbow macaroni and cooked for 20 more minutes and added the remaining 2 cups of beef broth at the end.
After removing it from the pot, I served it in a bowl topped with shredded cheese.
