A table spoon of cornstarch?????? Bro that was like half a cup
Thank you gonna make a dish for the little ones
No flipping?
For a good BBQ sauce, look for one without high fructose corn syrup as the first ingredient.
The quick recap of exactly how and when and what temp at the end made me a subscriber. Nicely done.
Your recap at the end is perfect! Thanks for this video. Got a new subscriber in me 🙂
Started the video cutting straight to the good part!!! A big BITE! 😊
Cooking this tonight ! Thanks for the details and great video 😊
Love the recap
"famous daves" uses High fructose corn syrup. You were huffin and puffin through this whole video. If you want help, you will seek it out. Im going to tell you though, YOU ARENT HEALTHY
This grill has out preformed my expectations. I've only had it about a month https://www.youtube.com/post/Ugkx3c8DmtYRYEKYTiR4g7y6Yc2amUPVs_3X and have used it many times since from hamburgers and hotdogs to smoked ribs and Boston butt. I would definitely recommend this grill for anyone it's a great starter grill if you are not familiar with pellet grills. Easy assembly and temperature control is great

I agree with Dave's bbq sauce being the best. And devil's spit Is very hot… but awesome
Well done sir
I'm new to pellet grills and found this video after going to a BBQ through down and one of the contestants advised to start off with some sort of dark meat like chicken legs. Followed your instructions, but used Sweet Baby Ray's instead as that's what I had on hand. Turned out great! I haven't seen anyone else using corn starch but can't imagine not using it. Great recipe and great video bro!
Made some awhile ago following your video, just using no cornstarch and different seasoning. They turned out fucking great.
Making some today also and came back to this vid to follow instructions. Gonna have to try out that sweet and spicy famous daves bbq sauce soon tho!
That cornstarch trick is absolutely genius. The biggest problem with smoking chicken is the rubbery skin. Wow. What a hack.
Super helpful! Thank you
Did these on my Traeger, turned out pretty good. The skin was kind of rubbery but maybe I didn’t do enough corn starch. I’m going to try Olive oil next. Thanks for the video, you did a good job btw.
If he ain’t outta breath I dnt want it
Your reaction makes me want to buy a Traegar.
Where are the recipes listed on your videos???? Do you have a website?
Looks good I'll be trying tomorrow
Just gave this a try, came out pretty good! IDK if the corn starch did anything as the skin was kinda rubbery but otherwise the family was impressed!! Maybe a higher temp? IDK my pit boss always seems to struggle to maintain temp. Ended up being around 285-290 most of the cook.
never trust a skinny chef.
Excellent recipe, thank you
What are the dry ingredients first put on? Flour? Flour, salt and pepper? Did you add the corn starch to the other mystery ingredients or directly to the legs. I am a true beginner.
Like the recap it helps a lot
Using your recipe on 20 lbs of legs going into the Timberline XL for my dudes at work!
