  1. I'm new to pellet grills and found this video after going to a BBQ through down and one of the contestants advised to start off with some sort of dark meat like chicken legs. Followed your instructions, but used Sweet Baby Ray's instead as that's what I had on hand. Turned out great! I haven't seen anyone else using corn starch but can't imagine not using it. Great recipe and great video bro!

  2. Made some awhile ago following your video, just using no cornstarch and different seasoning. They turned out fucking great.
Making some today also and came back to this vid to follow instructions. Gonna have to try out that sweet and spicy famous daves bbq sauce soon tho!

  3. Did these on my Traeger, turned out pretty good. The skin was kind of rubbery but maybe I didn’t do enough corn starch. I’m going to try Olive oil next. Thanks for the video, you did a good job btw.

  4. Just gave this a try, came out pretty good! IDK if the corn starch did anything as the skin was kinda rubbery but otherwise the family was impressed!! Maybe a higher temp? IDK my pit boss always seems to struggle to maintain temp. Ended up being around 285-290 most of the cook.
