1kg lamb ribs (trimmed and cut into singles)
2 tbps Olive oil
2 tsp Vegeta seasoning

100 grams of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp Vegeta seasoning
1/3 cup mint leaves
