Steps👇

🔸 Chef Caine is using a home brewed ginger beer, but you can use whatever beer you like!
🔸 You can marinate your chicken overnight, but you don’t have to, it’s still going to be juicy!
🔸 Before smoking, fill a tall mason jar with your beer, or, we stock a handy accessory that’ll keep your chicken and beer perfectly upright 👍
🔸 Load your chicken and beer into your @smokintex and insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of the breast. You can also add a second probe into the thickest part of the thigh.
🔸 Use just a small handful of wood chips, we love apple, pecan, or hickory for chicken!
🔸 Set your smoker to 225° and smoke until your internal temperature reaches 155°
🔸 If you want extra crispy skin, transfer it to a pre-heated oven broiler or grill for 2-3 minutes, or torch it like Chef Caine did 🔥

This will be the juiciest chicken you’ve ever smoked!
