  1. At the beginning i was like 3 hours i can do that today then by the end i was like ok more like 5 to 6 minus cutting the skin off which sucks maybe tomorrow ill try the apple cider and see if that gives it the extra because the last 2 sets i made seemed to be lacking

  2. My trick for the smoke tube: fill it up to 1 inch from the top. Add a piece of charcoal, break into smaller pieces of needed, light the charcoal. 10 minutes later add more pellets on top of the coals and put in the smoker. My tube never goes out.

  3. Best burnt end video. No one else has explained that you dont need to smother them in butter and sugar. Ive watched dozens of videos waiting for someone to leave them plain. Gonna try that soon.

  4. I made these for the first yesterday on my Pit Boss, vertical, and they were absolutely delicious. My wife, son and brother-in-law, destroyed them, and now they want to always include these when I grill and smoke. Thanks for a great video.

  5. Hello! I have watched so many of these pork belly burnt end videos from so many different pitmasters and my question is I see more videos where they cook 1.5-2hrs then wrap for 1 hr or so. Your cook time is twice that long. Just curious why there is so much variety in cook times? The one time I made these they were not as tender as I would have liked and I am guessing that I didn’t cook long enough particularly while in the pan.

  6. I did my first today it seems ok the meat seems a bit dry or the fat isn't as rendered as I would thought 270 3 hours another 35 mind in sauce looks good I'm not sure should the meat pull apart like pulled pork or be a little hard like bacon?

  7. Hi…I'm having a fairly large gathering at my house in a couple of weeks and was think of doing some of these pork belly burnt ends. Is this something that can be done a day or two in advance and then re-heated? And if so, how would you store and re-heat them? Thanks

  8. Your videos are so helpful! I am a new pitboss owner and was feeling overwhelmed on how to clean and use it. I just watched your videos on how to clean it and deep clean it. The bbq scrub daddy is my next purchase lol. Thanks for the great info!

  9. I just got a PitBoss Navigator 550 Pellet grill. The temp dial only allows me to control temp in about 50 degree increments. would you suggest a low (250) or high (300) temperature for this cook if I cannot get to 275 exactly?
