    Also, the burger press – pretty cool tool! And while I have been known to cook a burger into a hockey puck (I'm getting much better) your meat is usually pretty red when you slice it. This burger was just about perfect – maybe just a tiny tint of pink would be my ideal. Looked awesome though, as almost everything you make does.
