Turkey breast on Christmas day for my family is a tradition. Over the years I feel I have perfected the way I smoke turkey.

This is the video for you, I’ll run through every aspect of smoking a turkey breast, so you will have flawlessly smoked turkey breat on your dinner table this year.

2 x large turkey breasts that were 700 grams each (1.5lbs each)
200 grams of unsalted butter
Rub Ingredients:
4 x teaspoons of smoked papprika
3 x teaspoons of brown sugar
3 x teaspoons salt flakes
2 x teaspoons of ground black pepper
1 x teaspoon of ground cumin
1 x teaspoon of mustard powder
1 x teaspoon of garlic powder
1 x teaspoon of onion powder

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 to 3 hours
Cook Temp: 150c (300f)
Cook to internal Temp : 68c (155f) then rest and get to 74c (165f)
Rest Time: 2 hours
Cuisine: American / Australian
