May not be a popular question but do they offer something smaller? I want a good stick burner but it’s just the wife and I so there isn’t much meat needing to be cooked at the same time.

After watching this video 732 times, today, I pulled the trigger and ordered the Texas Smoke King! 😅
So when you increased teh temp did you open the stack more or just added more wood? Which notch or how much did you open the box up? Okay just saw the firebox wheel ..>WOW<. I think it just answered my question but not sure.
