In this video, my strawberry and banana smoothie is made with delicious Greek yogurt to make it super tasty. My green smoothie has both fruit and vegetables in and is spinach based. Find all the ingredients for both drinks further down.

Ingredients for my tasty strawberry and banana smoothie:
– 100g Strawberries
– Handful Mint
– 1 Banana
– 100g Low fat Greek yogurt
– 1tsp Runny honey
– 1 Handful of ice cubes
Ingredients for my green smoothie recipe with spinach:
– 1 Small Orange
– 15g Baby Spinach
– 150g Green Grapes
– 30g Cucumber
– ½ Apple
– 150ml Coconut water

Strawberries and bananas are a horse-and-carriage combination. I love the idea of mint. Not so sure you need the honey, though? I find strawberries and bananas are packed with their own natural sweetness. I'm very eager to try out the green smoothie…I'm not the greatest fan of vegetable smoothies, but the orange, grapes and apple might just be enough to make hide the fact I'm drinkin Popeye's tipple! Thanks for those!
