ABOUT US: Located in Boston’s Seaport District in the historic Innovation and Design Building, America’s Test Kitchen features 15,000 square feet of kitchen space including multiple photography and video studios. It is the home of Cook’s Illustrated magazine and Cook’s Country magazine and is the workday destination for more than 60 test cooks, editors, and cookware specialists. Our mission is to test recipes over and over again until we understand how and why they work and until we arrive at the best version.

I have been trying to watch season 21 episodes on the website but the website sucks. I usually access the episodes on the main page, which shows 3 episodes at a time, because the watch all episodes link doesn't show anything.
Had to watch Jacks first clip twice. I originally thought he was saying “Mom, I hated you as a kid”!!! I was like DAAAAAMN, Jack is cold blooded!! Now I see he just hated tuna. I did too!

I love Mexican food, but the first Mexican dish I truly enjoyed was salsa verde y cerdo. Stuff that in a tortilla and deep fry it, fend off Deadpool, yum.
