  1. You can do the same thing with Tacos, Burgers, Meatballs, and Meatloaf! I just put carrot, spinach, and kale in the food processor! My kids would never know that their cheeseburgers or meatball subs contain as much veggies as a salad! Oh and don’t forget you can do half and half with mash potatoes (half potatoes and half cauliflower)!!!!!❤

  2. Try adding tomato paste to the pan you cook the vegetables in like 3 minutes before you take them out to blend. It’s still going to be orange tbh, but it’s the closest I’ve gotten. It just occurred to me to also use red bell pepper as one of the veggies to help with color, but I haven’t tried it yet.
