2 tablespoons basil seeds,
1 cup chopped agar agar strips,
1 litre cold milk,
500 ml water,
Crushed ice,
Vanilla essence,
Almond essence,
Sugar to taste,
Food colouring.

it's ok people, stand back, I'm a proffesional translator! I know what he meant. He meant:
"Didn't get that part where he put the caramel in the cup at 1:19 but it's a good idea to make a snickers milkshake. :)"
I think he was talking about the caramel drizzle in the cup prior to putting in the smoothie.
did you really expect a "Snickers smoothie" to be healthy?

The only issue I had was the "hwit the sous" part. The rest was understandable.

I know plenty of healthy people who are diabetic. Lifestyle choices are not always a contributing factor in catching the disease.

if you make this but instead only use 1/4 cup of milk and 2 cups caramel of ice cream you'll have a snickers blizzard type soft serve.
