Most boiled and frozen crabs are salty. By now being the expert you consider yourself to be , you should know you need to rinse them well while thawing. Don’t steam them frozen. You will be able to enjoy it then.
Good snow crab is better than king crab for me, I wonder if it's because I don't prefer the king crab's texture and sweetness
