TODAY’S RECIPE IS Snowball Custard Dessert | Eid Special Dessert Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
Separate the yolk
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Mix well
Milk 3 cup
Keep stirring
Cook on medium flame
Let it boil
Boil for 5 mins
2 egg white
Sugar 1 tbsp
Pink food color (optional)
Beat until stiff peaks
Take 1 tbsp foam
Cover
Cook for 5 mins
Let it cool down
Serve cold

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
