INGREDIENTS
-1.4Kilo Pork Chops (bone in)
-6Tbsp soy sauce
-6Tbsp calamansi juice
-6Tbsp oyster sauce
-ground black pepper
-oil for pan frying
-2pcs chopped onions
-water enough to cook the meat until soft and tender.
-slurry (1 and 1/2Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2Tbsp water)
-lots of red onion rings
