INGREDIENTS

1. Super Soft Bread Recipe – 1 LOAF
▪︎ 400g strong bread flour (3 1/4cups)
▪︎ 30g powdered milk (3 tbsp)
▪︎ 45g sugar (3 tbsp)
▪︎ 1/2 tsp nutmeg
▪︎ 1/2 tsp salt
▪︎ 7g yeast (1 sachet)
▪︎ 1 egg
▪︎ 190ml water (3/4 cup)
▪︎ 30g butter (salted)

* Loaf pan: 21.3X12.2X11.5 / 8.4’’X4.8’’X4.5’’
* Bake @ 150ºC fan oven / 300ºF / 3 gas mark

2. No-Oven Bread Recipe – 1 LOAF
▪︎ 400g (3 1/4 cups) bread flour
▪︎ 70g (4 tbsp) sugar
▪︎ 4g (1 tsp) nutmeg
▪︎ 3g (1/2 tsp) sea salt
▪︎ 40g (4 tbsp) milk powder
▪︎ 7g (2 tsp) yeast
▪︎ 190ml (3/4 cup) water
▪︎ 1 egg
▪︎ 40g soft and salted butter

* Loaf pan: 21.3X12.2X11.5 / 8.4’’X4.8’’X4.5’’
* Bake @ 200ºC / 400ºF on STOVE
