  1. This bread is delicious. Have made it twice in past week. The only thing I did was replaced some of the a/p flour with whole wheat flour and one with oat flour. Didn't make one with all white flour but texture of both I made was very soft, maybe not quite as soft as yours. Hard to tell. Thank you for your recipe

  2. Hello there Robyn, this is absolutely on my bread to do list. I was sitting here munching a piece of toast from my home made bread and then Yay, you came on! Perfect day. Hmmm I wonder if I could freeze half?
Here's a bit of a weird story, I got a larger bread maker yesterday and of course, could not resist getting a loaf straight on the go, who can! I used 475g of bread flour which is roughly a pound according to my new bread maker book. It seems excessively heavy once it cooked and so I weighed it and it was 803 grams! How? Any ways its perfect bread. I loved the dot of honey on mine he he! As always, thank you for your inspiration. You make our days a bit brighter and our loaves amazing. Take care, Jane

  3. Robyn! I’m better! Yahoo! 🤠 Finally no Covid positive and the doctor did prescribe me some antibiotics as yes I was getting some bacterial problems as it had been so difficult. This looks delicious! My guys love cottage cheese we eat a lot of it so this would be totally great to make, I’m sure I have all the ingredients. To bake again! I’m so excited, I almost did today but was so behind on many things I played catch up. Thank you so much my friend! Happy Friday and have the best weekend with your family! 🧡🥰🇺🇸
