Yeast 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Mix well
Butter 1 tbsp
Knead 5-7 mins
Smooth dough
Rub some butter
Rest for 60-90 mins
Seal well
Rest for 10 mins
Brush milk
Make cut
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15-20 mins
Brush butter white hot
Let it cool completely
