TODAY’S RECIPE IS Soft Jiggy Tapioca Milk Pudding | Sago Milk Dessert Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Tapioca/ sago dana 1/2 cup
Wash well
Water as required
Let it boil until transparent
Strain
Wash with cold water
Keep aside
Sugar 1/2 cup
Agar agar powder 2 tsp
Milk 2 cup
Let it boil
Boil for 5 mins
Add boiled tapioca
Cook for 2 mins
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
Grease 6 inch pan
Pour mixture
Keep it in the fridge for 2-4 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
