💥The chicken can be marinated and frozen for upto a month and when you need to make it, just place it in air fryer 🙌
💥You can make it in a pan(cover and cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes)
💥You can make it in oven. 180ºC for about 20 minutes (check if it’s done or needs more time). Just don’t let it get dry.
💥Ingredients and steps:
2 chicken breast(300gm)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp ginger garlic
1 tbsp chicken tikka masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp yogurt
Mix and marinate
Minimum 1 hour
Or overnight in the fridge
After marination
Add 2 tbsp oil
Mix everything
Transfer to a baking dish
Place in air fryer basket
Air fry for 25 minutes
200 degrees Celsius
Add to your wraps
Sandwiches
Salad bowls
Or eat as it is 😋
