This is my best-baked loaf so far. It’s soft, buttery, and cottony. The bread formula is easy for everyone without baking experience
**Ingredients**
* bread flour – 375g
* butter – 100g to 120g
* sugar – 100g to 120g divided
* instant yeast – 1/2 tsp or 5g
* salt – 1/2 tsp
* whole milk – 100ml (warm 40C)
* eggs – 3 medium + 1 for egg wash
